SOUND CAFFEINE/TRACKS WE'RE LISTENING TO: Ali Love, Frankie and the Heartstrings, Ke$ha, Oh Land, La Sera
Ali Love's "Moscow Girl" didn't appeal to me at first, honestly. But this remix turned that around. In fact, I like the original track now, too.
Frankie and the Heartstrings has a sound that fits a certain mood. Maybe it's just me. It's excellent music, sure. But it's best when I have a craving for it and not something I'll put on every day.
Ke$ha. I never thought I'd put Ke$ha on this blog. (I sided with Uffie, even if Uffie didn't care one way or another.) But Ke$ha is relentless and the tracks just keep coming. And if I didn't know this was hers, I'd still like it. Probably more but oh well.
Oh Land's "White Nights" was appealing even before the remix. But this made it a sure thing for me.
La Sera is practically everywhere, all over the blogosphere. And as tempted as I am to hold that against her, I simply can't. Yes, this is a track I've been listening to lately.
